Ben Thakur
President and CEOBen Thakur has a passion for driving efficiency and developing synergies among employees, clients, and vendors. He continually strives to understand what will make his clients and people successful, then collaboratively develops the long-term strategic vision and an efficient tactical plan and motivates his team to get results. He is the driving force behind eTeam’s success over the years and guardian of the company’s commitment to its clients and employees.
A veteran of the IT services arena, Ben specializes in strategic planning, executive client relationships, creating value-based processes, driving revenue, and extending the overall business model through strategic partnerships. Ben's accomplishments include building enterprise systems for Lehman Brothers and St. Paul Reinsurance and establishing strategic alliances with large integrators such as Deloitte and Computer Sciences Corporation. He is a recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of Year Finalist award.
Aanchal (Ann) Thakur
Director, Strategic Accounts and Founding MemberAnn Thakur has been a key eTeam employee since its inception in 1999. She has more than 12 years of business development and client relationship experience in meeting the IT needs of Fortune 2000 companies. Ann brings exceptional experience and value to her clients with her ability to deliver on strategic and tactical plans. She enjoys building long-term relationships and works hard to deliver for her clients. Ann’s accomplishments include projects for M&M Mars, Sanofi Aventis, Sanofi Pasteur, Deloitte, and Wyndham, among other clients.
Abhishek Agarwal
Vice President, Global HR OperationsA dynamic leader with enormous energy, Abhishek Agarwal is known as an influential and motivational leader with a special talent for building cooperative and productive work environments that lead to the achievement of corporate goals. Abhishek’s forte and hallmark is ramping up and developing multi-cultural, multi-skilled, cross-border workforces which enable companies to compete in today’s economy. With over 12 years of IT industry experience in global operations, recruitment, workforce strategy, and human resources, Abhishek has gained a deep understanding of business requirement gathering, business process flow, business process re-engineering, and business process modeling that has translated into meeting the needs of Fortune 500 clients. He has worked with companies like Xansa Birlasoft, Headstrong, and Mason Global. Abhishek’s extensive international experience and vast experience leading large and virtual teams has resulted in proven success with setting up complex resourcing functions from scratch that spans five offices globally. His professional qualifications include an MBA from the ENCP School of International Management in France, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Software Design & Development. He is a certified Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP) from Human Capital Institute.
Parag Potdar
Practice Head, Professional ServicesParag Potdar is a visionary who effectively works around challenges to deliver the results needed by eTeam’s clients. He has been instrumental in growth and development of the largest accounts of the company across Financial Services, Systems Integrators, and Life Sciences verticals. Parag leads the sales and delivery of IT services to Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and oversees client relationship management, account management, sales, and delivery for eTeam’s clients. Parag specializes in customer relationship management, P&L management, managing sales, and delivering quality IT services. Prior to joining eTeam, Parag led P&L management, customer relationship, business development, and IT services for a large global bank with over $2 trillion in assets and generated revenue and profits for Fortune 100 banks. He was responsible for account management of Fortune 50 BFSI clients and gained a keen understanding of global IT services and the delivery model. Parag holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Narayan Narsinghani
Practice Head, SAP ServicesSince 1994, Narayan Narsinghani has worked with SAP systems as a developer, architect, team lead, practice director, PCI specialist, and in other roles that have made him a proven expert in SAP applications. He has successfully implemented enterprise-wide SAP solutions and shared services programs globally. His responsibilities have also included the evaluation and application of emerging technologies pragmatically to solve business problems at several client firms. Narayan applies technology to add business value, works effectively with all levels of team members, and delivers results to clients looking to implement or supplement their SAP programs. Narayan earned his Bachelor’s in Computer Science at the University of Pune and his Master’s in Information Technology and Computer Sciences from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
Shruthi Reddy
Director, IT, Data Management Services, and Business DevelopmentShruthi Reddy brings more than 12 years of experience and serves as the Director of IT, Data Management Services, and Business Development at eTeam. She is boundlessly enthusiastic, focused, and committed to delivering data warehousing and business intelligence solutions to her clients. Shruthi uses research and analysis of market trends to better understand client needs, provide efficient services, and deliver technology enhancement programs to employees. Shruthi holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing, with a minor in Human Resources, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. She is certified in Data Warehousing Concepts, Data Modeling Concepts, Business Intelligence, Informatica, Sales Concepts, and Market Research Analysis.
Faizan Syed
Director, RecruitmentFaizan Syed has over a decade of experience in recruiting, human resources, and administration. His responsibilities include developing new recruiting processes, policies, and procedures to ensure success for eTeam’s clients. Faizan mentors and coaches recruiting teams in various areas, including sourcing, research, candidate management, and client engagement. He works collaboratively across the organization to build talent acquisition strategies and creative sourcing plans. His self-discipline and flexibility ensure customer success. Faizan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.
