 Criteria for the judging included: challenges overcome, employment growth, attainment of special goals, revenue increases and the business' relationship to the overall economy of New Jersey. Companies must be privately held, headquartered
in New Jersey and in business for at least three years.

| Deloitte Fast 50 and Fast 500 Award by Deloitte & Touche |
 To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2000 and $1,000,000 in 2004, must be public or private companies headquartered in North America, and be a “technology company,” defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company’s operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies’ technology in a unique way does not qualify.
Winners of the 15 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America’s top 500 fastest growing technology companies.   eTeam has been recognized by NJBiz Magazine as a Best Employer in New Jerseyfor 2007. This honor came to us through the magazine’s owners, Best Companies Group, who conducts an annual search for the 50 Best Employers in New Jersey.
Best Companies Group is dedicated to establishing "Best Employers" programs in an effort to single out companies who are excelling in workplace excellence. With the help of ModernThink, LLC, a workplace excellence consulting group, they research the dynamics and characteristics of great workplaces, analyze the data and produce a "Best Employers" distinction.
To qualify for this award, eTeam was asked to complete a detailed infrastructure and practice inventory in which we reported to Modern Think on every aspect of our business that creates and/or impacts on the work climate we have established and maintain for employees. Following the inventory, eTeam was asked to have all our employees complete their own confidential inventory in which they were asked to report their personal experiences and attitudes about working with eTeam. Finally, Modern Think conducted their own independent and random audit to verify and certify the information they received from eTeam and their employees. |
