Ben Thakur
CEO
Ben Thakur has a passion for driving efficiency and developing synergies among employees, clients and vendors. He continually strives to understand what will make his clients and people successful, and collaboratively develops the long term strategic vision, an efficient tactical plan and then motivates the team to get results.  He is the driving force behind eTeam’s success over the years and guardian of the company’s commitment to its clients and employees.

Ben is a veteran of the IT services arena, including 15+ years in the ERP/DW/BI sectors. He specializes in strategic planning, executive client relationships, creating value-based processes, driving revenue and extending the overall business model through strategic partnerships. Ben's accomplishments include building enterprise systems for Lehman Brothers, St. Paul Reinsurance and establishing strategic alliances with large integrators such as Deloitte and Computer Sciences Corporation. He is the recipient of Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of Year Finalist award.

Ann Turner
Director - Strategic Accounts 
Ann Turner has been a key eTeam employee since its inception in 1999. She has more than 12 years of business development and client relationship experience in meeting the IT needs of Fortune 2000 companies. Ann brings deep experience and value to her clients through her ability to deliver on strategic and tactical plans. She enjoys building long lasting relationships and works hard to come through for her clients.  Ann’s most recent accomplishments include delivering for M&M Mars, Sanofi Aventis, Sanofi Pasteur, Deloitte, and Wyndham among other clients.

Sanjeev Chauhan
Director – HR Operations
Sanjeev Chauhan manages the day-to-day HR and related back office operations of eTeam. He is responsible for strategizing, implementing and streamlining the hiring plans to meet eTeam’s growth plans.

With an experience of over 20 years behind him in HR and Operations, Sanjeev Chauhan has tremendous expertise in helping organizations grow and succeed. His career highlights have been building HR policies, software and sales teams for startup and established companies. His backoffice experience includes setting up overseas operations for companies with strength of between 250 to 1250 employees. Sanjeev holds a post graduate degree in HR.

Shruthi Reddy
Director of Sales & Marketing – Mid Market Division
Shruthi Reddy brings more than 12 years of experience and serves as the Director of Sales & Marketing at eTeam. She is boundlessly enthusiastic, focused, and committed to delivering data warehousing & business intelligence solutions to her clients. Shruthi uses research and analysis of market trends to better understand client needs, provide efficient services, and deliver technology enhancement programs to employees.  Shruthi holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing, with a minor in Human Resources, and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering. She is certified in Data Warehousing Concepts, Data Modeling Concepts, Business Intelligence, Informatica, Sales Concepts, and Market Research Analysis.

Sheldon D.C. Vaz
Director of Recruitment – Mid Market Division
Sheldon oversees recruiting for the Mid market division at eTeam. In this important role, he manages the planning, direction and implementation of eTeam's global personnel programs/policies and retains world-class talent in support of eTeam's business goals and objectives.  Initiatives such as staff augmentation, diversity, workforce development, benefits/compensation, HR processes, and employee survey programs are among the many efforts he has led.  Sheldon holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information systems, with a Minor in Operations Management, from Iowa State University of Science & Technology. He is certified in Data Warehousing Concepts and is a Certified Internet Recruiter (AIRS).

Faizan Syed
Director of Recruitment
Mr. Syed has more than 10 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources and Administration. His responsibilities include developing new recruiting processes, policies and procedures to ensure success for eTeam clients. His self-discipline and flexibility help ensure customer success.  Mr. Syed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.

Jose Quiles
Office Manager
Jose Quiles has more than 15 years of experience in office administration and accounting, working in a wide range of retail and specialized trades before finding eTeam four years ago and calling it home. Jose continually works to improve all the administrative departments under his charge. He strives toward integrating customer billing processes and promoting efficiencies in the relationships between eTeam and its clients.
