Medical – A PPO plan is offered providing 100% reimbursement of covered expenses with no deductible.  Out-of-Network coverage is also provided.

Dental – A PPO plan is offered providing 100% reimbursement of covered expenses with a $50 annual per person deductible.  Out-of-Network coverage is also provided.

Vision – An In-Network plan is offered providing usual and customary fixed dollar reimbursements for eye examinations, lenses, frames and contacts.

Prescription - Prescription drug coverage is included in the Medical PPO plan insurance package. Coverage is provided for Generic, Brand Formulary and Brand Non-Formulary drugs with corresponding co-pays of $10.00, $25.00 and $50.00.

Life Insurance -   Employees are provided with $50,000 of Basic Life Insurance and they may purchase Additional Life Insurance up to 5 times their base salary or $300,000, whichever amount is lower.  Both Basic and Additional Life Insurance are supplemented with an Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit that can double insurance coverage in the event of an accidental death.

Long Term Disability Insurance -   For employees who may be disabled for an extended period of time (over 6 months), Long Term Disability Insurance provides for income continuity.  The benefit is equal to 60% of base monthly pay reduced by Social Security Disability Benefits.  Long Term benefits are payable to an employee for up to 24 month if disabled from performing their regular occupation and up to age 65 if they are disabled from performing any occupation.  This benefit is fully paid by eTeam.

eTeam contributes towards the cost for Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription and Life plans for all its employees.  Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance and Long Term Disability Insurance are fully paid by the company.

401K – eTeam matches an employee’s contribution up to 4% of annual pay and subject to the maximum IRS annual contribution ($15,500 for 2007).

Referral Bonuses – eTeam provides a range of bonus opportunities for referring employment or client candidates.  The categories are as follows:

1. Management employee referral  -  $3,000
2. Mid-management employee referral -  $1,500
3. Junior employee referral - $500
4. Training referral - $200 per referral and $1,000 for 4 referrals
5. Client Referral -  3% of 1st year billings

Guest House – We provide for the use of a corporate guest house for consulting employees between assignments and employees in training.

Immigration Assistance –Full administrative and legal assistance is provided for the Green card & H1B process and covers the standard legal fees.

Paid Holidays – Eight (8) paid holidays are provided including New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day Following Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

PTO – Paid Time Off is provided for use by employees as vacation time, sick time or for personal business.  Employees are entitled to 80 hours PTO during their first 5 years and 96 hours PTO after 6 years of service.  Unused time is paid at year end

Sick Days – Employees are provided up to Five (5) paid sick days annually.

Annual Merit Reviews – Each year, in December, employees are reviewed and their pay is adjusted based on their overall performance and other economic factors.

Smoke Free – We maintain a smoke free working environment to promote healthy habits.

Drug Free – We maintain a drug free working environment to promote safe habits.

Social Events - Each year, in July & December, employees are invited to our company picnic & Holiday Gala. This event conveys a sense of family and belonging amongst fellow employees
