eTeam has been built on Teamwork and referral from existing employees. If an Employee refers either a prospective candidate or a prospective client to eTeam and those referrals produce a hire or revenue for the company, a referral bonus will be paid according to the following guidelines:
Management Employee
Director or Vice President level |
$3,000 |
Mid Management Employee
Senior Sales People, Senior Recruiters or Consultant with project |
$1,500 |
Junior Employee
Recruiter, Salesperson, Consultant |
$500 |
Training Program Referral
Individuals with college training but no work experience |
$200 per referral or
$1,000 towards 4 Referrals |
| Client Referral Bonus |
3% of the revenues generated the 1st Year from that client project |
