I don’t just talk the talk, I walk the walk. I implemented unconscious bias training to level the playing field for talented individuals. Our organisation mandates diversity recruitment by reaching out to a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. I’m proud to share this approach has resulted in over 11,000 diverse candidate hires in the past three years! Furthermore, we provide mentorship and training for underrepresented groups, ensuring everyone feels like they belong.
SheTeam is Empowering Women to Relaunch: A Global Commitment to Inclusion
One of our most impactful initiatives is SheTeam, a program we designed to empower women re-entering the workforce. We understand the unique challenges women with career gaps face. SheTeam provides the resources and support they need to overcome these hurdles and relaunch successful careers. The program’s success stories are numerous, with women landing leadership roles and re-igniting their careers. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the impact of this program firsthand.
This recognition by SIA is both a celebration of our progress and a call to action. I’m constantly striving to push boundaries and make eTeam an even more inclusive workplace. We’re expanding our DEI initiatives globally, building on the success of SheTeam in APAC with a planned US rollout. This ensures consistency in fostering diverse and inclusive cultures across all eTeam offices.
